Let's Play & Namaste is the only kids-only yoga studio in NH. Our studio, located at Greeley Point Shopping Center, on the Amherst/Bedford town line, provides a welcoming environment for children, teens, and families.

At Let's Play & Namaste, we offer a variety of classes designed for all ages and skill levels. Join us for engaging classes, on-site birthday parties, and special workshops that foster connection and mindfulness. How we are giving back…
We try in many ways to give back to the community. One of our missions is “Chemo Care Bags” that are filled with healing and inspirational items and brought to Dana Farber Cancer Institute for the nurses and doctors to hand out to patients struggling with cancer. My own brother was a recipient of something similar and the strength and joy it brought him to continue his fight was unmeasurable.
The plan is assemble these bags during a donation workshop and then deliver the finished product to Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston MA for staff to distribute anonymously.

Chemo Care Bags - Fundraiser
As many of you are aware, in a span of 8 months we have had 3 immediate family members pass from different types of cancer and my father now is in a terrible battle with bladder cancer as well. When my brother was at Dana Farber he was given a bag with fuzzy pink socks and a puzzle book. He was so elated and it gave him immeasurable amounts of hope to continue his fight. It was then that I saw how small acts of kindness were priceless to people on this journey. In my heart I knew I wanted to give this encouragement to others fighting similar fights.
We are accepting sponsors for the next several months. Our goal is to have 100 bags ready to drop off in August!
If you would like to sponsor a Chemo Care Bag the cost is $25 per bag. With each $25 bag sponsor you can choose to have your bag given with a card written in honor of someone and or a personalized message of encouragement.
