How we are giving back…
We try in many ways to give back to the community. One of our missions is “Cheer up Bags” that are filled with healing and inspirational items and brought to Dana Farber Cancer Institute for the nurses and doctors to hand out to patients struggling with cancer. My own brother was a recipient of something similar and the strength and joy it brought him to continue his fight was unmeasurable.
The plan is assemble these bags during a donation workshop and then deliver the finished product to Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston MA for staff to distribute anonymously.

Our classes incorporate cardio conditioning, fun music, stories, games & crafts while teaching the kids the benefits of traditional yoga: poses, meditation, breathing techniques, peace and mindfulness.
