Studio Policy & Procedures

If a cancellation for enrollment is requested prior to the start of a session, you will receive a refund MINUS 10%. (original price paid -10%). Once a session begins refund requests will no longer be honored.

Unfortunately, we do not offer make-up classes.  Our classes are full and unfortunately, with our room size, we are unable to fit additional mats in a class for make-up.  For the same reason that we do not offer a drop-in rate for our Grades 1-4 session because our classes are currently at max capacity. 

When there is no school due to a holiday or vacation the studio will also be closed.  The remainder of the 6-week session will continue after the holiday/vacation break. These missed classes due to holidays/vacations do not count as part of the 6-week session.  Also if there is a school closure for Bedford NH due to weather the studio will be closed as well (hopefully this will not be a concern now that we are into spring...).  There are times when we may still close due to bad weather and Bedford school system MAY NOT be closed.  We will post on our Facebook page to announce the closure and an email will be sent out as well.

Parents are welcome to stay and relax in one of the gathering rooms or the front waiting room while the class is in session or they can drop their child off and come back for pick up an hour later.  If you choose to drop your child off and return later we ask that you arrive on time for pick up as we often have back-to-back classes and are unable to stay with your child to wait for your return.

We ask that the parents stay on site.  For the classes offered at ages 2-3 we ask that you be in the room as many children like to have their grown up nearby at this age.

Please note that if there is very low enrollment in a class (usually under 3 participants) the class/session will be canceled and payment will be refunded to the participants that did register.

As always please feel free to send your child to class with a spill-proof water bottle filled with WATER, comfy clothes, and a yoga mat.
