CLASS OPTIONS

In-Person Classes

Teen Registration is open for the next session, register now! - Yoga Kids and Yoga Tweens next session registration will be opening soon!

Yoga Kids Classes (ages 6-10 Grades 1-4) Monthly Session

1 Hr classes.

This class is for ages 6-10 (GRADES 1-4) It will incorporate cardio conditioning, fun music, stories, games & crafts while teaching the kids the benefits of traditional yoga: poses, meditation, breathing techniques, peace, and mindfulness.

We limit our class size so space is limited.

 All craft supplies & yoga props are provided.

Yoga Tweens (ages 10-13 Grades 5-8) Monthly Sessions

1 Hr classes.

This class is for TWEENS  ages 10-13 (GRADES 5-8).  It will incorporate cardio conditioning, activities & crafts while teaching the benefits of traditional yoga: poses, meditation, breathing techniques, peace, and mindfulness. Although this class is more advanced than the Yoga Kids class it is still open to and appropriate for beginners aged 10-13.  We will dive a little deeper into poses & meditation, mantras, & pranayama.

Yoga Teens (ages 13+ / Grades 9+) Monthly Sessions

1.25  Hr classes.

This class is for TEENS ages 13+ / grades 9+  While teaching the benefits of traditional yoga: poses, meditation & pranayama, focusing on the history and philosophical aspects of yoga; taking care of the "whole person", mind & body.  We tend to cover more poses at this age and a little less play. We will dive deeper into asana, meditation, mantras, pranayama, and chakras.  Although this class is more advanced it is still appropriate for beginners.

Mindful Movements (ages 2-5 with parent/ guardian) Monthly Sessio

45 Min. classes.
Mindful Movements is a 4 week sessions that provides children (ages2-5) with the opportunity to meet new friends, sooth their emotions and build confidence and self-esteem. They will learn the fundamentals of yoga through meditation, poses and breathing exercises. We play games and activities, read stories, dance to songs and do crafts. The children will learn tools that will help them throughout their lives.

Max 2 children per caregiver & children must be siblings.
